Had two babies there. Wonderful
Gave birth to my son march 21 2017 and the staff I had were wonderful. They took exceptional care of my son and more. After giving birth to my son and moving up stairs things changed. The staff was still cool they just slowed down when it came to bringing anything I asked for. The birthing room was large spacious and clean. On the other hand the room I moved to after giving birth was smaller quite bland and took hours for them to move me to. Over all my stay was okay not outstanding but enjoyable.
May 1 2016 I gave birth to my first child Benjamin. The women who helped me throughout the night and those first exhausting hours were hands down the most wonderful nurses who have ever cared for me. We loved them so much my fiance got up after not sleeping, and bought the whole floor donuts. They took care of my every need and demand. One nurse Jackie, even breast fed my baby while I was asleep because I was so exhausted. They came and got Ben so we could take naps and gave us to much support and care! It was such an amazing experience that even though we live in Oklahoma we will be having our next child there as well.
I had to get a wisdom pulled around 2014 and they were busy with renovations or construction work. It's 2016 and they're still undergoing heavy construction. I guess it's cool they're expanding. The place is clean, but it's a big area with multiple buildings; so, it can feel like you're lost. I also had to get my tonsil removed (2016)The receptionist is very nice and helpful with directions. The person who did my blood work was comforting and things went smoothly. Upon waiting to be called to the back for prep surgery, a poker-face woman called me and didn't really ask me how my day was or anything. I just followed her. She told me she'd be the one to take care of me, and the more I got to know her, she grew on me and was very helpful with questions. About two other women came in and were so nice and made me feel comfortable for a surgery I was very nervous about. A TV and remote was provided, which helped the comfort. My surgery went well and I even got two phone calls with them following up with my recovery.
